ISDN BRI consists of 2B+D formate,
where,
B=Bearer Channel(each 64Kbps) carrying the actual data (Voice) &
D=Delta Channel(16Kpbs) carrying Signaling(Control) messages.
Hence,
Maximum Bandwith of ISDN BRI=(2*64) +16=144kbps
