BRI - Basic Rate Interface (3 channels 2B+D)
Two 64 kbps (bearer) B channels
One 16 kbps (signaling data) D channel (for LAPD)

PRI - Primary Rate Interface (T1/E1)
23 (T1) or 30 (E1) B channels
One 64 kbps (signaling) D channel

The major difference between BRI and PRI is data rates.BRI data rate is 128-144kbps and PRI data rate is 2.048Mbps
