You may monitor SS7 Traffic in spectra2 by first Open workspace click configuration add sni board configure SNI board click the monitor option in termination area select T1/E1 option select local or loop select line code ,framing type, Frame equalization type select 0db - 30 db option add link to the port click check box click network tab ->click monitor linkset tool enter a name for this monitoring now select protocol link to monitor then OK, RUN, CAPTURE and save the capture.

Yes the sequence is :
