you can go to control panel then chose user accounts click create a new account. Type a name for the new account and click next and then click the type of account you want to create and then press create account
and you can also delete you account in control panel you can go your account and select delete account

By creating multiple accounts different people can access the computer and wireless network.

Just perform simple steps:

Goto Control Panel->user Accounts->Create New Account->Then specify type of account->Press Create

For deletion of Account:

Goto Account->Delete Account

Go to control panel and then click user accounts ,click create a new account. Type a name for the new account and click next and then click the type of account you want to create and then press create account

To delete an user account press the account in user accounts window ,a screen appears asking which you want to change about the selected accounts in that click Delete the Account ( a screen appears asking if you want to keep or delete the users personal file .click delete files ,windows ask you to confirm that you want to delete the delete account .
By clicking Delete Account you can delete the selected user Account
