Go to user accounts in control panel ,the user accounts window appears in that click change an account .Click the account for which you want to assign a password, a screen appears asking what you want to change about a specific account in that click create a new password

A screen appears in that type a new password, retype the password to confirm and a word that will help you to remember the password and then click create password.

A screen appears asking if you want to make your files and folders private click yes and make private.
