Wireless technology is an Ocean.
So pl First of all learn the basics at your work place and ask all the seniors about the application you want to learn. This is a practical training .

Voip:This is upcoming new technology . Voice over IP domain which is also a good field but not well established like TDM .SUggestion is to concentrate both SIP and H323 protocols.
Pl visit Protocols.com

CCNA -This is a certification course . This is recommended who are very new to networking basic.
I dont think this is a must for the telecom aspirants .
