Just go the the vendor of specific hardware for which you want to update the firmware and update it from the specified website by choosing the update for specified hardware.

Type the web address of the hardware that you want to update for a different manufacturer. Otherwise type http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814445 and press enter. The page of update firmware adapter appears. Now click the file name.
The file download security warning dialog box appears. Now click save. The save as dialog box appears. Then click here and save the file where u wants. Then click save. Finally firmware downloaded to your computer. This is the way to download Firmware updates.
