Follow first Go into control panel of your pc and then click on administrator tool, select services & from there you disable service relating to themes.

Open the services console, Double-click Themes, Click stop.
Open a few windows, programs, and applications to get the full effect.
To disable the service, in the startup Type options, click Disable.
Click OK.

1.) Turn off themes and visual effects.
As ridiculous as that sounds, if you want a very responsive user interface because you are more interested in getting work done than looking at XP's Fisher-Price graphics, then turning off themes and visual effects has got to be the best idea since sliced cheese spread. You might not like what you see, but it will be faster.
You can disable all of XPs visual effects by right-clicking the Desktop and selecting the "Properties" menu item, select the "Appearance" tab. In the dropdown box under "Windows and buttons", choose Windows Classic style.
2.)Disabling of "Themes Service"
Start --> Control Panel --> Performance and Maintenance --> Administrator Tools -->Services --> Select "Themes Service" -->
(Double Click) Disable and Stop the Service
