first of all you Click start and go to My Documents and click the folder which you want to share then click share this foloder link.The properties dialog box for the folder you selected appears .now click the sharing tab ,click the share this folder on the network option.now type the name of the shared folder as it will appear on the network,you can click the allow network users to change my files option if you want to allow others to change the files and press ok.

right click on any folder and enable sharing option.

Perform simple steps:

First enable file and printer sharing on your computer.
And then right click on any folder which you want to share and go to its properties and give a sharing name.Sharing of that folder will be enable and other computers will access the folder.
