Power Control enables the mobile station to increase or decrease the transmission power on a per-radio link basis.Power control is a GSM feature which can be enable and disable.If power control is disable MS will transmit at maximum power.the main reason for power control in mobile communication is it can maintain the carrier-to-interfrence ration with in the cell.
