Large Cells = 60-70km
and for
Small Cells = 200 and more than 200 meters

It solely depends upon the size of the cell that
is being designed.
The max coverage area could be 60-70Km for
normally used cells.

In short the coverage area for a GSM Cell is
For
Large Cells = 60-70km
and for
Small Cells = 200 and more than 200 meters
