The two sections are
Session section
and
Media level section

Basically two it consists of tow parts:

1.)Session Section.
2.)Media-Level Section.

SDP include:
Session name and purpose
Times the session is active
The media comprising the session
Information to receive those media (addresses, ports, formats and so on)
Information about the bandwidth to be used by the conference
Contact information for the person responsible for the session
