B link(Bridge link) is basically used between mated STP(Signal transfer point) pairs.

Bridge links connect one mated STP pair to another mated STP pair at the same hierarchical level (two pairs of regional STPs for example). B links are always deployed in a quad configuration shown in Figure 2.2. There can be a maximum of eight B links connecting the pairs
