Import Address Book Contacts from Other Windows Address Book Files ... In Address Book, point to Import on the File menu, and then click Address Book (WAB ).

To import the Address Book File
1) In Outlook Express, click File | Import | Other Address Book.
2) Click Text File (Comma Separated Value), and click Import.
3) Click Browse, and locate the backup of the Address Book Created earlier, select it and click open.
4) Click Next, click Finish, click OK, and then click Close.
