i) In Outlook Express, click Tools | Accounts.
ii) In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click the Mail tab, select the account you want to back up the settings for, and click Export.
iii) Browse to the location of the previously created backup folder, accept the default name for the file, and click save.
iv) Repeat for any other accounts. Click Close when finished.
To import the mail account file......
i) In Outlook Express, click Tools |Accounts.
ii) On the Mail tab, click Import.
iii) In the look in box, browse to the location of the backup folder created earlier.
iv) Select the account to import, and click Open
v) Click closes.
