first of all Go to group policy editor, expand Computer Configuration -> windows settings -> security settings -> Local policies and select security options.
Double-click interactive logon: Do Not Require CTRL+ALT+DEL, latter on the resulting dialog box, select Enabled, and click OK

U can simply go to group policy editor by writting "gpedit.msc" command in run mode and then Under Computer Configuration Click the + next to Windows Settings, then Security Settings, Local Policies then click on Security options.Double click Interactive Logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL and set it to Enabled, then press OK
Or u can download the simple tool to disable Ctrl+Alt+Del from the following link:
