Double-click Messenger.
And Click on Stop

Click Stop, and then click OK.

- Click start -> run -> cmd -> Command Prompt.
- Type net sends 127.0.0.1
- If you receive not supported or could not be found on the network, its okay. If you receive a pop-up then disable the service.
