I think TEMS equipment is basically used for for analyzing, assess, and evaluate test data and prepare assessments of the data. And works by providing its appropriate drivers road maps and GPS system.

You say that the carrier to interference value in TEMS actually reflects carrier to noise. Can you specify how much of the Signal to noise ratio is attributable to the Interference in the air?
No, we can't. In case of very low signal strength, C/I rather reflects the signal to noice ratio (C/N) but we have no method for differ C/I from C/N. In fact, you could see the C/I as a measure of C/(I+N+R+A...). I.e. the relationship between the carrier and the sum of all interfereing signals. Of course, in most GSM networks, the main part of the interference comes from other basestations (and in the coverage limited case when the signal strength is low, noise).

hey you can used not only for voice DT but can also used for GPRS DT as well.
For its working you need to attach GPS, TEMS mobile ,installed their drivers, loading maps & also define a loop for short call as well as for long call.
