Make on PC as Data server, install software such as Soft wheels 2000 Installed on other PCs. Latter map to the data server.

Yes you have to just enable sharing.

Method is :

if You want to share any file :

put this into

My Computer --> Shared folders


or

Right click on any folder or file

go to sharing tab

and follow the instructions.

if your network is already running just enable the sharing.

There are many methods one of this is to place the data on one main system (server) and make the LAN environments and all system can get the share data through server system.
