Simply install any good firewall for example zone alarm,macafee alarm or use firewall built in windows xp.And then setup it according to your requirement.

First click start and then control panel. The control panel appears. Go to internet and network connections. The window of it will appear. Next click firewall. The dialog box for firewall will appear. Then move to ON option. Then click OK. The firewall is enabled.
