1. If problem is bad, download the latest source code
2. General Server Maintenance
3. Check the Top command and look for load usage
4. Constantly check the process which uses the high CPU usage
5. Check your free memory
6. Regular Maintenance on Hardward and third party software
7. Tape Drive Backup on Weekly or Daily basis
8. Clean up bad file and large log or stats file on weekly basis
9. Have two Disks with same software and database so under any disaster you can just swap and bring online
10. Secure the system with Firewalls.
