You can supercharge your own outlook express by creating some hierarchy that’s similar. Once you decide what folders you need and what type of folder hierarchy to use you can create folders quite easily.
(1) Open outlook express and access your inbox. You can locate outlook Express in the all programs menu.
(2) If necessary, expand local folders.
(3) Right click local folders and select new folder.
(4) In the Create Folder Dialog Box Type A name For Folder.
(5) To create the new folder under the local folders tree, click OK. To create the folder in another, select that folder before selecting OK.

Organize Email Flags and Color-code Addresses
Step1
Use flags to organize your inbox emails by right clicking on the flag to the right of an email.

Select the color-code you want to make the email standout.

Choose "Add a Reminder" from the color-code list. Outlook brings up the reminder for any specific email for follow-up notification.

Click on an email in the inbox for color-coding an email address. Quickly see emails by different colors.

Push your right mouse button on the note from the list of all your notes.

Pick "Color" from the drop down list.
