I think Supply as needed in the form of “Option=value”. A number with no option name sets the port. The port is only needed if it is other than the default UDP port 5060 (preferred) or TCP port 5060. Example ttl=5 - means Time To Live = 5

Note- + sign on phone number: Numbers that apply anywhere in the world get a + before them. Some numbers are not global. That is they may not be recognized in Europe, Africa, etc. (such as 1-800 or 411). These numbers get no + before them.
