Message Transfer Part level 3 (MTP3) is basically
a signalling protocol at the network.

Signaling Route Set Test Prohibited (RSP):

->Send periodically after receiving a TFP to test
whether the routeset state is still prohibited.

Signaling Route Set TestRestricted (RSR)

->Sent periodically after receiving a TFR to test
whether the routeset state is still restricted.

Signaling Route Set Test Cluster Prohibited
(RTP)

Routeset Cluster Prohibited Test(RCP)

->Sent periodically after receiving a TCP to test
whether the routeset state for a cluster is still
prohibited.

Signaling Route Set Test Cluster Restricted
(RCR)

->Sent periodically after receiving a TCR to test
whether the routeset state for a cluster is still
restricted.
