The configuration for Zaptel cards comes with options and specific to the carrier or phone system that connects to your Asterisk. Also you need to be aware of Context, Swltchtype, Channel, Vendor Type like Lucent or Nortel, HDLC, Showing caller ID, Enabling three-way calling and Tx gain/ rx gain.
