Pass Through Enhancers basically use channels that are fed from donor cell.And Pass Through Enhancers use RF channels from donor cells to increase coverage in a particular area that is incapable of being supported by the donor cell.
So in general we can say that pass through enhancers do not exist without a signal from a donor cell.
