Call Orginates from Mobile or Land Line -> goes to MSC in landline or via BTS/BSC to MSC in Mobile -> MSC looks at the called party number and if its International Number Routing and Translation will go to International Routing and pass the call to Far end switch-> For examples MSC can be in India and Far end switch can be in US -> Now Far end switch Terminates the Call to the Called Party Number.
