Anyone tell me, which protocols would be disabled on an e-mail
server to prevent an unauthorized user from exploiting security
vulnerabilities in network monitoring software?

Simple Network Management Protocol is used by many network monitoring programs to collect information about a device or system. Unfortunately, SNMP is known to have a number of security vulnerabilities and should be disabled if not needed.Posted by suresh123
