Workspace->Click on Tester Tab and add script->Create Message Sequence for your required protocol->Finally run command

You must follow these steps
Open WorkSpace
Click on Tester Tab
Add Tester script to your work space
Create the message sequence with the help of PDU for SIP, Megaco etc
Click on Run command and view results in capture tab
