Telecom Answers is your key resource for telecom information.   Similar to Yahoo and Google Answer, Telecom Answers provides current and pertinent responses to your questions.  The difference—we focus on telecom.

Ask a Question

• Select your Category and enter your telecom Question in the space provided.
• Press Continue.

Question Approved

• When the TelecomMentor moderator approves your question, you will receive an email from TelecomMentor indicating your question was approved and posted in the marketplace.
• After receiving this email, you should be able to see your question in the market place.

• Click on any category and select the question you would like to answer.
• If you are not registered, please register with TelecomMentor to post questions and answers with us.

Selecting the Question

Upon selecting the question you would like to answer, you will see the page below.

Posting Your Answer 

• Click on the Post Answer Below link and post your answer to the question.
• Please make sure you post a 99% correct answer to the question.

Confirmation

• Once you press Continue, a Confirmation Page like below will appear indicating your answer has been saved.
• TelecomMentor will send an email to the person who posted the question in the marketplace.

How to Search Telecom Answer

• Login to http://www.telecommentor.com/kb, the URL for TelecomAnswers.
• Select Search.
• Enter the appropriate Keyword.
• If you are not registered with TelecomMentor, please register with us to post questions and answers.

Example

• Search using the word SS7.
• Search Results appear below.
• The Search Keyword will be highlighted if you check the box match whole word only.  
• If you search SS7 without match whole word only, you will find even more
  Search Results will appear.
