I have a very usefull method.

You have to use a third party software. Such as advanced system optimiser. it has very useful tool to reduce ram.

Or another good way is that you have to stop some un-usefull services from control pannel. such as if you do not want to use printer stop its service.

Also you can stop some autorun softwares from startup.

these are the most effective.
