IE History eXpert is easy to use program will help you to find, view, selectively delete individual History URLs, Cookies, Cache files or completely clear Internet Explorer History, Cookies, Temporary Internet Files (Internet Explorer Cache files), that’s address and search history,
If cache grows to big, it can have negative affect on browsing speed and can make IE act sluggish. If you are concerned about your privacy you should delete cookies, history, auto complete and passwords from time to time. Clearing temporary Internet files (cache) in Internet Explorer

1) Open Internet Explorer and click Tools | Internet Options.
2) Click Delete Cookies and then click yes to verify that you want to delete the cookies from your machine. Keep in mind that if you do this, you won’t be recognized by the web sites you frequent, and you’ll have to set preferences again if desired.
3) Click Delete Files to delete temporary Internet files. These files can take up quite a bit of space on your hard drive, and should be deleted every couple of months, just to “clean house”.
4) Click the content tab, click Auto complete and uncheck any items you don’t want automatically completed while you’re surfing the web. Notice that you can also clear forms and passwords from the cache.
5) Click Ok to exit out of the dialog boxes.
