DoCoMo Communications Laboratories USA, Inc. ("DoCoMo USA Labs") is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DoCoMo USA, Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DoCoMo, Inc. Japan. DoCoMo USA Labs was established on November 1, 1999 in Palo Alto, California. In 2001, the laboratory was moved near the San Jose International Airport. Then in July, 2006, we moved to a larger facility on Hillview Avenue (in the Stanford Research Park) in Palo Alto, CA.
