Since 1951 Chequamegon Communications has been meeting the communication needs of northwestern Wisconsin. Our cooperative philosophy is to provide progressive, quality services to our members at affordable prices. Monies paid by our members are reverted back into the company to be invested in improving current facilities and expanding into new ventures. Examples of this pioneering spirit were the introduction of local Internet access to Northern Wisconsin in 1995 and the introduction of digital services such as Cable TV programming and High Speed Internet (DSL) over regular copper phone lines in 2000.
