Electromech was founded in 1979 as a magnetic company for the OEM market. In 1985 Electromech identified a need for creating a complete power solution for the OEM market. Electromech began developing designs for power supplies AC/AC & AC/DC (Direct Plug-In Adaptors and DeskTop models) along with a wide range of Battery Chargers (Direct Plug-In Adaptors and DeskTop models). In 1986 production of power supplies began.
