In privatizing the Lesotho Telecommunications Corporation, the government of Lesotho paved the way for investors to inject resources, skills, infrastructure and management expertise into the economy of Lesotho. Mountain Kingdom (Pty) Ltd acquired 70% equity, while the remaining 30% was retained by the Lesotho government.
