KPN makes a distinction between corporate sustainability, social commitment and ethics and integrity. Corporate sustainability is about how we do business in relation to the environment, social issues and economic aspects. Social commitment means we sponsor activities in the community and voluntary work; these are activities through which we look further than our immediate core business. Ethics and integrity are about the standards and values we apply within our company. They are defined in our Company Code. In dialogues with stakeholders and in our Sustainability Report, we give an account of the activities we undertake for society.
