E-Resource 21 started its business operation in 1st August 2000 with its principal business engaged mainly in the Civil Engineering Construction and related business including Employment Agency for the local and oversea construction business. E-Resource 21 Private Limited was incorporated on 30th October 2002 and go into the highly profitable telecom industry when the local telecom industry was de-regulated in 2000.
