Oakley Networks was acquired by Raytheon Company in October 2007 and renamed Raytheon Oakley Systems, and integrated into the Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems division. The Raytheon Oakley platform combines network observation and threat detection with industry-leading endpoint protection that can be immediately implemented to protect product designs, customer databases, financial plans, and other critical assets.
