TIS can manage your projects as either the Prime or Subcontractor, building or expanding your Network. TIS as Prime Contractor will manage the complete project from start to finish including other Vendors if their services are required. This allows our Customers the convenience of working with only one Company and generating one PO to simplify the billing process.
