Southern Kansas Telephone Company, Inc., (SKT) was founded in 1940, and has been owned and operated by the Mikesell family from its beginning. The Company provides regulated and unregulated telecommunications products and services to customers in Southeast and South Central Kansas. Over the years, the company has moved from providing telephone service in three communities, to now providing a sophisticated blend of telephone, cable, Internet, and wireless service.
