Red Phoenix, LLP was established in late 2001 with the mission of developing innovative Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions for business and personal use. Since the company’s inception, the primary focus has been the development of several core embedded and CTI applications that are currently being OEM’ed by a large telephone system manufacturer and marketed under their name. The products that we are currently selling under our OEM partner's brand include a complete Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system with historical reports, agent desktop messaging, and real-time statistics monitoring for supervisors, a PC Attendant Console, and a PC Assistant application to ease use of the digital telephone.
