Qtel is a local telephone company providing customers with a quality alternative for residential telephone service. Qtel offers telephone service without the hassles of credit checks, deposits or identification. Depending on your area, there may be a one-time start-up fee to connect your phone that covers the cost of the first month's service and transaction fee. Twenty-four (24) days later, the following month's bill is due to renew the service. A monthly bill will follow thereafter for the service.
