The Telecommunications and Networking (TCOM) Program at the University of Pennsylvania is a unique professional master's program for both full- and part-time students. Multidisciplinary in nature, this program draws its faculty from the Electrical & Systems Engineering and Computer & Information Science departments in the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS), and from the Wharton School of Business. TCOM students take courses in a variety of other departments in SEAS and Wharton in addition to specially designed TCOM courses.
