TeleCom Management Associates was established in 1984. In a landmark ruling, Federal Judge Harold Greene established groundwork for divestiture of the then Bell System. As a result, corporate telecommunications customers acquired unprecedented choices in the provisioning of their telecommunications services. Along with those choices, however, came much confusion. Recognizing the resultant impact of these changes, Neil G. Woods founded TeleCom.
