Tri-Tel operates as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, or, as it is commonly known in industry telephone talk, as a "C.L.E.C.". We are fully licensed by the New York and New Jersey State Public Service Commissions. Tri-Tel is a full service telephone company, providing both Local and Long Distance service to Business and Residential Customers. Our headquarters are located in Manhattan. Tri-Tel offers local, regional, state-to-state, and international long distance service. Tri-Tel has become an industry leader, delivering state-of-the-art Local and Long Distance Telephone Services at the most competitive prices. Tri-Tel offers a full range of traditional telephony products from Plain Old Telephone Service ("P.O.T.S.") to CENTREX. We will soon be offering a Unified Communications Suite. Tri-Tel is currently expanding its network infrastructure to offer its customers the "third wave of telephony", an IP-centric converged Voice, Data and Video over both the PSTN and the Internet.
