Founded in 1986, Sound Telecom is a privately owned and operated company providing telephone answering, inbound and outbound call services, unified communications (through it’s Solaxis division), and paging services for customers throughout the U.S. and British Columbia, Canada. For the first two years, Sound Telecom provided business support and telephone answering services during business hours. In 1988, the company expanded its telephone answering services to 24/7/365.
