Rising Sun Telecom specializes in Avaya Maintenance, Avaya Services and Used Avaya equipment. Our corporate headquarters is located in Encinitas, California (San Diego county) and our RMATS center is located in Scappoose, Oregon. We have a pool of 18 Independent Contractor technicians that perform our Avaya maintenance, installation and remote service work. These technicians include previous Avaya/ Lucent/ AT&T, 30-year technicians, ex-Avaya Tier III engineers, Bell Lab engineer, ex-Avaya Software Specialists, and ex-Avaya Professional Services.
