XC Networks is comprised primarily of the profitable assets of the company formerly known as Corban Communications in the United States and BorderCOMM in Mexico. The management team that acquired these assets have over 50 years of international telecommunications experience. The core company that is now operating under XC Networks was started in 1986 in El Paso, TX as a provider of cross border connectivity into Mexico.
